Presidents welcome

It’s my great pleasure to welcome you all to our new website. 

Our club is situated in the Brisbane bayside suburb of Alexandra Hills and have teams ranging from under 6’s through to Seniors.  The club was established in 1980 as the Capalaba AFL Club before moving to its current location.  We have a dedicated Board and Junior Committee who are committed to continually growing the game and the club in our area and insuring that playing AFL at our club is a positive and memorable experience.  We pride ourselves on being a very friendly and family focused club.

I’d like to acknowledge the great work performed be our previous president Mick Adcock.  Mick worked tirelessly over the last couple of years to bring the juniors and the seniors closer together under the mantra “One Club”.  As a result of Mick’s efforts and leadership we’ve seen many improvements including goal nets, fencing upgrade, painting of the clubhouse and top dressing the field.

I’d like to sincerely thank all our board and junior committee members, volunteers, parents, supporters and sponsors for your continued support in 2017 and into the future.  With your support we can continue taking our great club forward.
